In March, people in many countries will move their clocks forward as DST begins. How do you prepare for the time change?

1. I change my bed time a few days before the change, so I can deal with the one hour less sleep.
2. Nothing. I do not even usually notice the change.
3. I am looking forward to it. I wake up early and go out to enjoy a Spring day.
